Website Design/Creation for UK based Apprenticeship Company

Looking to Build a Site for an Apprentice Recruitment Company Based in the UK. What would be needed on the site would be; Homepage- with Video that we are having produced. Another few pages including Contact information Employee profiles with photos -Twitter feed and social network integration (Linked in, Facebook,Twitter Logo buttons) on each page -Widget to directly “like” the Facebook Fan page. -Scrolling side bar and a page for vacancies that a member of our staff will be able to update regularly and easily -An Application form in which prospective apprentices can use to apply to our company. -An Employer section, where employers can see what is available for them and the advantages of taking on board apprentices Home page with the same features but different design as the following [login to view URL] [login to view URL] application form similar to [login to view URL] Possibly Search Engine Optimization needed. Website needs to be editable with full control available to make any changes desired. A CMS such as Joomla or Drupal would be suitable. Needs to be produced and fully functional in a short period of time such as two or three weeks.
