video/audio sharing site scripts customization

Configure and install on my server (dedicated server): # LAME MP3 Encode # Libogg # Mencoder # Flvtool2 # FFmpeg # Libvorbis 2. Upload and Install PHPmotion scripts + Uploading and installing PHPmotion + Setting up the member area + Setting up the admin area + Testing member features + Testing admin features + Uploading demo video to test 3. Customize the design and look 4. Customize some form fields and change labels, I don't need all those fields. 5. Make the site SEO friendly url 6. Do a multi-language switch on the fly.
