vbulletin - Edit Style to make space for banners on side

We have a vbulletin board and require someone who has experience with vbulletin style templates to add in some space for banners on the right side of the forums. (See included jpg examples). We would like to use a banner plugin ([login to view URL];highlight=banner) so it must be made to work with this plugin to display the banners. We want the banners to show on all the thread pages on the right hand side. The style template is knows as "Redbar syle" [login to view URL] Uploaded Files... Example 1 = is what we have now. Example 2 = is what we would like it to look like. (Banner size 195x65 pixels) Please NO GENERIC BIDS - send us a PM showing us that you read this and that you have experience with vbulletin styles. NOTE: We have changed the color of the site in the example images, removed the site logo and blurred out member names. This is just an example jpg to show the position.
