Telephone banking like system

Can somebody source or show me a site where i could get a service like in telebanking. All i need is to record or upload a message to the site and my clients can call a number provided and with a password , access that message which i have uploaded.I might get up to 15 clients at a time, that means that the clients should have different passwords to different massages. I will pay the person that sources service for me.
