OScommerce work

I am looking to find someone to help me convert a very large html website to oscommerce. The website currently is updated every day and there is no dbase. I would need to setup osc/design new graphics (very important)/add products and catagories / and convert existing html information pages (many info pages) to the new website. I am looking for someone with OSC and php experience. My client wants the site to look very profesional and design skills are a must. You must be able to be on msn or yahoo to discuss the project in detail on a daily basis.
