New website for company

The design of the website is depend 100% on some effects in the logo, I will provide the logo to the winner freelancer who can build the site in 5 days maximum. 1- The page is completely white & the logo size should be big in the center of home page. 2- Once your mouse pass over any building, the rest of the logo becomes smaller except that building & the color of the building border will be light brown (except the sun it will goes yellow) & a drop list should appear. 3- First left building (contact us) middle building (about us) Big building (our services) also the Sun (our customers) and the cloud (support) I should be able to change the contain of list (add, remove or modify) So I need a C-panel to control those thing + managing emails (send or receive) 4- After finishing, I will need you to hand over the source code please. The website should be in two languages (English & Arabic) (but Arabic will be main language). The option of change language should be clearly mention under the logo. 1- The speed of effects should be average but when you move out your mouse the speed will go faster & the logo will become normal again like a rubber. 2- Once one of the building comes bigger to show the drop list, the logo should go little bit to the right 3- I need the colored balls to be animated (which in top of word Required) After I see the home page & be satisfied I maybe request little additional things to be put in inside pages. The payment will be 10% once you win the project, then 40% after Home page approved, then the rest of 50% after testing whole the site.
