EMERGENCY css/php Style Customization EXPERT needed today. Customizing phpbb style.

I have a list of about 5 different phpbb3 bulletin boards from which I like different aspects of the style of each. So I like the color scheme of one, I like the rotating banner ads on the other, etc... I'd like to take the different elements I like of each style, and create my own customized phpbb3 style. You should have some knowledge on how to modify the prosilver style. I'm looking for an expert, so please don't bid if you don't feel confident that you can deliver the first round of changes by 3:00 AM PDT I'm looking to get this done today, so you must be able to modify the style to our specifications and complete the first round of changes within 8 hours of acceptance.
