Creation of Joomla Website

Dear all, We would like to hire a php programmer/web designer to create website using this template (GavickPro - Postnote) [login to view URL] We want to offer and sell consultation services through the website. Please note there are just two us.....so it is not going to be a huge corporate website of any sort. We have also a limited budget. Before you start working, we expect you to sign a confidentiality agreement. You will be given the whole website mockup prepared in Firefox - Pencil. So you will see what goes where, we have all content prepared in advance. There will not be much designer work, it is rather about adjusting the template and building couple of relatively simple php scripts (see below). The programmer’s work will comprise the following tasks: 1) adjustment of template according to our needs - mainly adding new module positions, resizing modules, adding new menus into the website content so they fit style of the template The template is not build the „classic Joomla template way“. There is no section where you would normally put „<jdoc:include type="modules....". The template uses more php files linked together...so we will need someone who really knows php. 2) creation of simple forms for customers - their requests will be stored in the database, notifications will be sent to us by e-mail when new order is placed 3) creation of simple calendar/schedule – customers would see empty and occupied times (i.e. from 9:30 to 10:00 on Monday etc.) they will be able to make/cancel reservations. This calendar will be part of ordering forms described in point 2 above. We would like to be able to change times during which we are available etc. If the customer makes a reservation on certain time, this time will appear in the schedule as “occupied”...I hope you get the idea. 4) simple php script which will count words in *.doc (*.docx would be nice too), *.rtf, *.txt documents and make a simple mathematical operations with the retrieved number – something like calculation of price for translation services based on fixed fee per page (or more precisely per number of words/characters on the page) – we want the price estimation to display on website 5) creation of very simple client’s section – they will see status of their orders, invoiced amounts, paid fees etc. We would like to have the option to add some text to the section – for example a description of service ordered by the client.
