Brochure website, talented designer developer needed - repost

Hi Guys, Thanks very much for expressing an interest in creating a website for our company. This is the second project we have posted on Freelancer, the reason why we are re-posting our project is that we had initially asked for a eCommerce website, but unfortunately our current budget will not stretch to that. So we are now looking for freelancers who believe they have fantastic design and developing skills to provide us with a simple, effective, amazing website. What do we require? 1) front page. Logo at top, with contact info, and a "special offers" tab below which, 5 tabs which expand, allowing the user to choose different sections below which, banner with 5 images, changing at 6 second intervals, images are links to different sections of site. below which. more info and number of tabs. 2) There will be a total of 5 pages, but each page will have 3-5 subpages, with the only change per subpage being an image and 50/60 words of text 3) Work will be required in terms of designing a layout and also functional tool-bars that will allow easy navigation of the site. 4) A method of users inputting their contact info phone, email etc and message will also be required. This info will have to be accessible to me, by email or other means as appropriate. 5) We run special offers on a monthly basis, the designer will have incorporate a cms where I can change this special offer.
