379840 Bidrodeo dot com clone site

Hello, I am looking for someone who can design both the front and back end of a Bidrodeo Dot Com clone site. I need all of the functionality of the bidrodeo site but with new logos that match my new site name (I have already designed the new logos). I already have a complete mock-up done so all you need to do is reproduce it and make it functional. I need the site to allow users to set up accounts and I want to be able to have the site block usernames that I do not approve of. If you look at the [login to view URL] site you will see almost everything that I need the site to do. I would also like the site to be able to handle thousands of users simultaneously and have the ability to handle ongoing auctions throughout the day. My eventual goal will be to get the site running auctions all day 24/7 I also have some proprietary items that need to be implemented into the site that can be discussed after I have selected the winning programmer.(Minor items/ additions) I will also need the site to have the ability to process credit cards and tie in to paypal to receive payments. (Paypal can be used as the cc processor and I already have an account ready for this) I will provide my own domain name and hosting and I can provide a temporary domain and hosting space for site testing if needed. A complete and working site will be required for my testing prior to compleation and payment for the project. Please be aware that I am working with a limited budget and I will only accept realistic and reasonable bids.
