Custom MS Access Username/Password needed

Need a username/password added to this system which has the following features: 1. Usernames should be stored in the "LT - User" table in the "username" field. 2. I want to be able to type in a temporary password in the password field in the LT - User table which the user will use to login "the first time". 3. When the user logs in using this temporary password, they should be prompted to change the password. I then want this new password to replace the temporary one in the LT - User table, "password" field. 4. The password should be encrypted. 5. The password MUST be between 10 and 16 characters long and 2 of them must be numbers. I should be able to reset the password of a user by issuing them a new "temporary password" and then following the rules above (having the user change the password and having it encrypted and stored in that password filed. If you have implemented username/passwords before, you'll see what I'm trying to achieve. IF you have a different recommendation to do all of this differently then I'm open to ideas. This username/password feature won't be used (yet) to define what forms a user can open, but if it can have that flexibility added at a later time I might want to do that. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
