Hi Iam wanting to turn a number of EC2 into proxy servers. (20 or so). i need someone who can do this and know many tricks / has been working with AWS for years, We will be needing a new IP from each ec2 every minute (do you know a way for us to not get charged the 1 hour restart charge every time we reboot, but can still get a new ip) ? Also we are using each EC2 as a proxy server but storing the data we scrape on our own server (not amazon). How can we not get charged DATA OUT charges, as we are dealing in TB and the $ add up to alot. I really need expert in this or anyone who can give me good advice. Thanks
