migrate Magento store to dedicated hosting

Hi, I currently have a working magento store with this url: [login to view URL] Since it is a shared server, the store is very slow. I therfor need to migrate it to a new dedicated server. The coder will have the choice between unix or windows server. I will also ask the coder to provide a good configuration of server and technical spech I need to get. Coder must have done previously a magento migration. Coder will have to configure/install the server. I will provide a server with required OS installed but that's all. PHP, MySQL, phpmyadmin, Apache and the rest will be implemented by the coder. I believe CentOS is the best choice. Please correct me if I am wrong. Coder will have to: configure the server for the best/optimal performances. configure smtp for the mails to work. make required changes for dns to transfer [login to view URL] to new host. Install an easy to use free pannel like cpanel/webmin/ispconfig.... Task must be done within 2 days. I wil need documentation on how coder did it. Task is simple: get the same website with all working functionnality on a new server and test everything.
