Credit transfer and Enhanced Database Match

I would like the functionalities below written in PHP and integrated in to a WordPress 3 site. The site uses BuddyPress for member management. The chosen developer should be very familiar with this plugin. 1. We require a plugin to be enhanced to allow users to transfer credits to each other as part of a transaction. The transfer should show as 'pending' to the accounts of both users, but not actually be completed until a specified time/date. 2. Users should be able to cancel pending transactions until 24 hrs before the specified time/date. During this 24 hrs, users can 'report issue.' 2. The site currently includes a search & rank function of the internal database. The search & rank currently considers the time of day, but not the date. I would like this updated to consider the date as well.
