We need a website base that - - stores data - allows public users to search and view this data - will have a secure login for persons to enter the data There will be several sections (categories) to the website data.... and we would like it so that one user can only enter data into a particular section/category. We will provide all graphics, hosting etc.... we just need the above implemented. I can provide exact data fields to winning bidder. There will be around 30 data fields.
