Code Generator

I have a bunch of pictures organized in folders and subfolders. All the main folders are named as states, there are 50 of them. And the pictures within the state folders are named as cities, with the exact name of the city. I want a code generator that will go through all the pictures in the folder, make a code for a picture slideshow, and save it on a specific field on the assigned web page, instead of manually entering the code on the web page. Here are some examples California folder --> san [login to view URL] ; san [login to view URL] ; san [login to view URL] ; san [login to view URL] The software should work something like this 1.) Read the picture names until name changes. 2.) Check the mysql database for same city/state 3.) Create the gallery 4.) Put the gallery on the assigned webpage. Keep in mind, all the information is written in the same format.
