I am able to create the bot in C#. I have already started working on the project, since it seems like a fun idea to me. I can have it finished in 5 days. There is no way to "create" ip adresses, so the only viable option is to use proxies. I can make a user-friendly GUI, that saves the ip-adresses/VPNs and automatically clicks ads.
