Directory website with extras

Project for [login to view URL] We setup this online directory for travel industry employees & crew to recommend businesses and services on their travels. What we want A complete redesign. A new modern looking homepage that discreetly acts as a portal. Users have to register or login to use the service. The homepage will feature a search bar like google whcih users will use to conduct searches (data to be pulled up from the directory or database) example of search: bars in chicago london gyms Search results should show brief summary linkable heading and image/logo if available as well as user rating. Businesses will have to pay for listing, rates will need to be defined by us. We will use Paypal and 2CO.
