Need SMTP Server and Proxy Intergration for my PHP Mail Script

I have a PHP web mail script/site that I have installed on my web host. I need to add SMTP and Proxy capabilities to it, as well as an HTML editor for the actual email. Right now I can upload an email list and type and email, set a delay etc but my users have to use HTML code if they want to send HTML. 1) I want an html editor added like the one I am using here for example so that I have the ability to switch between plain and html view and spell check etc. 2) I need to be able to upload an SMTP server list and test it and then randomly send emails using rotating SMTP servers. 3) I need to be able to upload a list of Proxy Servers and test them and then send emails randomly selecting a proxy server. i.e 1 proxy per every email sent. So the idea is like atomic email sender, but for my PHP mailer script. I upload an email address list, my proxy's are tested and loaded and my smtp servers are tested and loaded. When I click send each email is sent using a different smtp and proxy server combination. I will create an account for my current script and you can take a look at it. The main code is there, you just need to integrate SMTP, Proxy and HTML editor capabilities to it.
