creating poker card game on python

I'm looking for help designing a poker card game on python and includes hand combination like straigh flash, flash, four of kind, two flashes, and two straights. I also need a situation where the computer and the player have a tie and the tie breaker is the highest card winning. - Also the poker game has the option of the computer betting and being beat - the player has the option of playing with a short deck It would be vital to have the game back by wednesday.
