Convert 3 or 4 PSD's to a Drupal 7 theme. Conditions: - 2 column layout - Tableless design (SEO) - Heading (H1, H2, etc) optimization (SEO) - W3C, XHTML 1.0 and CSS strict / validated - User picture in profile and comments - Most common browser support (IE7+, Firefox, Chrome and Safari) - Enough block regions. Also three at the homepage (see jpg) - Primary menu at the left (see jpg) - Perhaps a little more difficult; some titels have more words, and some words are black and some are gray colored. (see jpg) Feel free if you like to build on a zen or fusion based theme. See attached jpg's for details.
