Email Read and Notify

I am interested in inviting coder to quote me on a projetc similar to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Implementation may varies from the site mentioned above. What I mean is for both site above, say original intended receiver has email address xx at [login to view URL] So user need to send email with extension xxx at [login to view URL] or xxx#[login to view URL] Alternative means of implementation is to get user come to my website and send email from there. They willl be promotp to enter their email and their name, inteneded receipient name and email add and click on send button. Notification will be sent to sender when receiver open their mail I need to get this done fast. Hopefully I get a good quote in 1 day or 2. thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
