Create small website HTML+PERL

Create a simple website for renting cars. **Use HTML and Perl.** Admin capabilities: It must have admin panel for adding. editing and deleting objects. Admin should be able to make requests and search for users, cars and IDs and date of request from user. User side: Users must be able to browse the objects (cars) without registration Users must register with username, password and e-mail to add new cars. This is homework project so design is of no importance should be something very simple.
