Create Tournament Shedule to embed on other sites

Hello Freelancers. I need a way to show poker tournaments in a schedule. These are the requirements. The script needs to have a backend that gives the option to enter Poker Tournaments. There need to be categories in the table for: Pokerroom, Time, Reoccuring y/n (daily, weekly,monthly,), buy in, game type, additional info, signup now link There must be a great search function with a lot of filters , I guess thats the least problem. The schedule will be available in 3 different versions. Other poker webmasters need to be able to embed it on their site. The free version includes a backlink to my site & will include only my signup link offers , the signup links cannot be edited. The 2nd version is a version where webmasters can enter their referal links but the link back to my site remains in the script. The 3rd version is without backlink & with editable referal links Parts of the script must be hosted on my site so that it is not possible to create copies of my script without using my links or my subscription service. Also the script should stop working in case someone modifies the link back to my site. I need to have an easy backend so that I can easiliy add and edit tournaments. A click counter how many clicks, and from which site clicks came from would be a great additional feature. Several designs in different colours need to be availabe to embed the content & / or the option to use your own css. Please let me know how you would handle this, & of course your price. If you would be willing to maintain the script with editing of tournament schedule let me know too, maybe we can arrange a longterm coop. Thanks for reading my description carefully.
