I’m looking for an expert programmer who can help me create an online property management script. I already have the sample of the system front-end I just want someone who can code the system and database in php and mysql. This property management will have 4 user role, the Tenant, landlord, Property Manager and the Super Admin. The Super Admin can manage tenant, landlord, & property managers. Property Managers can create/manage landlords and tenants. Landlords can create/manage tenants. Basically here are the features of this online property management system. • Manage properties online • Manage tenants online • Manage tenant's history (payment and service requests) • Allow tenants to pay via Paypal online • Enter a manual payment for deposits, miscellaneous or late fees • Ability To Add New Properties • Ability To Add Then Assign Tenants • Ability To Pay Rent If You Are A Tenant, But As Well Collect Rent as a landlord • Monitor and view incoming rent/outgoing expenses • View Tenant's payment history, send reminders if late • Send Email Payment invoices. • Tenants can create a service request Service man can then receive it. You can download the attach file to see what I mean. This is for a friend of mine for his local real estate business. I have a limited budget so please do not bid if you can’t work with my budget.
