202336 Invision board mod

I have a Invision board with the Thank You mod. With the mod, there is a "thank you" option, which will record whoever thanks the poster for the thread. This has already been done. What I want is an addition to this mod, so that the person creating the post can use the tag [thanks][/thanks] so that whatever code is inside [thanks] will only be shown AFTER a user "thanks" the original poster in that thread. If possible I would like this integrated into the admin panel so that it can be turned on or off, and also base it upon membership levels (example: only regular members are affected by the [thanks] mod, but paid or moderators are not affect and can see it without thanking). This is optional though, if it is hardcoded, that will be fine too.
