C++ program with DB2/Oracle connection in the same process

Hi coders, I need a C++ program (involving classes and a main program) which connects to both oracle and DB2 at runtime and retrieves data from set of tables existing some in Oracle and rest in DB2. The program should be fast enough and is required for Linux platform. The connection to Oracle and DB2 may not be concurrent. It can be done is a sequential manner. So basically the major steps of the helper class may be (just a suggestion): a) Connect to Oracle, executes the query string and bring some data. b) Closes the oracle connection. c) Connect to DB2, executes the query string and bring the rest of the data residing in DB2. d) Closes the DB2 connection.
