Advanced Portfolio Gallery w/Admin

I need an advanced gallery feature created and installed into a website I am designing. The portfolio gallery needs to function similarly to the one on this website with a few changes: [login to view URL] The gallery needs to be easily editable from an admin area. When the user goes to the "Portfolio" page the user should see multiple images broken into 3 columns. The images will need a filter capability. They should be filtered/search-able by city. Once a user see images available under "city" then those images should appear sorted alphabetically. I have attached an example. Please review it before providing a quote. After user clicks an image they want to view it opens a new page that features that image in full scale and thumbnails with multiple views of that same image. This gallery will need to have a fade in/fade out effect. As user rolls over a thumbnail the main image at the top should fade into view and fade out if user moves on to the next thumbnail. We need to have the capability to have up to 20 thumbnails if needed. Unlike the sample website we won't need the "Page Counter" or the "Stock" area. We will need the image description/comments, equipment (may have a new name), and confirm availability/ask a question form at the bottom. Serious inquiries only.
