I have two issues. The first of which is a troublesome product enquiry form on our online shop. The For is an RSForm integrated with HIKA Shop. It is not adding the form data to the database. The second is a send mail problem. Both the contact forms and the product enquiry form are not sending. This is because the emails for the domain are hosted through Office 365. Only the Ip address of the domain is pointing at our servers. So I need the forms to go to the client and they are going no where. I have tried setting up a gmail account to use their servers but the mails are still going now where and i am getting smtp errors on form submission.
