276948 Complete rap site with CMS

I have a website that currently is just a forum for rap. I need a good programmer to use a system of their choosing, to turn the site into a more legitimate portal, with articles and headlines on the homepage, and also have it closely tied to the forums. The CMS needs to be pretty good and allow me to create different writers etc. (something like joomla etc) Essentially this will be similar to [login to view URL] , but with closer forum integration to promote new posts. Every new article should also have a new post for it in the 'articles' section of the forum or something of that nature. I use vbulletin for the forums. Please specify the following in PMB. Any generic PM's will result in a ban... 1. What your offer includes(will you do the design? Do I need to hire someone for design? what features? etc) Please be detailed 2. Some of your past RELATED works. I do not want you to show me a game you did previously if it is not related to this project. 3. Your location 4. Any ways you can think to improve the site 5. How you plan to tie the forums and site together, since my site is a forum based site which I'd like to add a content focus to. 6.
