WordPress Classipress Theme | Modifications Needed (Private)

We are looking for talented programmers to complete some modifications to an wordpress classipress theme. We need to add the following features to the existing theme: 1. Feedback/Rating system with silent bid; 2. Multiple currencies at the selling form; 3. Name attribute at pictures hover image to be set by default to be the name of the post ad; 4. Featured ads dedicated page; 5. Logo personalization for sellers; Everything needs to be integrated in the wordpress admin section; It is preferred a person that already interacted with the the classipress theme. Budget for the job up to $150. Responsibilities: Build small and large scale web applications, write clean and maintainable code, identify and fix performance issues. Skills : Experience with PHP and OOP, excellent knowledge of MySql,basic knowledge of xhtml/css,experience using at least one of the following javascript frameworks: jQuery, mootools, prototype or scriptaculous. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Some basic knowledge of linux.
