A script that will log in to a website, enter data & submit

I need a script that would log into a web site, and do 4 things. -choose the correct tab -enter in a number -choose an amount -submit form I have attached the page on which the script would act. My website is on shared hosting in php. This script would be run, from my site, when an order is successfully completed. The amount, number and provider variables would be passed from my site, to the script, and then run.
