Payment gateway and page

Hello. There are three particulars for this project: I have a group buying website almost complete and I'm wanting to make an update to one of the pages. I want to make my payment gateway / voucher checkout: similar to this page: [login to view URL] I also want to have a pop up window welcoming customers for when they subscribe to our daily deals.
