236474 Editing Social Network Site

Hello - I have a networking website in development. I had a developer create this website, but there are several errors and I need someone else to make several changes to the format and functionality. 1)You will have to review and understand the current code as is and be willing to modify it for this project. 2)I have a jobs portal as part of my site. My old developer did not include a Job administrator page, so the developer will have to use bits and pieces from the existing site (and add some additional code) to add a page that allows companies to post jobs after paying using paypal, search resumes, etc. There are two different job posting boards and the company should have the option to choose which job board the post will be on. Creating a paypal page or google checkout page is required. 3)The resume function needs to be changes to a word document upload that stores text in the database and also converts the word document into a PDF file for viewing. 4)Although some of the profile items are storing to the database correctly, when they are being retrieve for edit, there is an incorrect output on the screen. The developer needs to correct any errors in PHP or mysql to ensure all retreival of stored information is correct. 5)There is an option where I can limit my profile from being searched by certain users. The old developer did not correctly implement this feature. The new developer will have to make the appropriate changes to ensure this is working correctly. 6)There is a feature where users can upload word or excel documents. I would like to create some sort of virus scan function to ensure no documents uploaded are infected. 7)I would also like to encourage users to upload documents by limiting downloads of documents by users to 3 per every one upload. 8)Fix the login/password to go from unencrypted to advanced encryption. 9)Need an events page - post/edit/search/rsvp for events 10)Make changes to search functionality - more search functions - some may be considered advanced. 11)Changing several text boxes to autocomplete/autosuggest box. If no suggestion exists then the term entered by the user should be stored in the database and shown next time a user enters the word in the autocomplete/autosuggest box. 12)Make changes to various pages - adding fields, adding search fields, changing format, etc. 13)Correcting errors(spelling errors, making drop downs alphabetized, ensure selected options store, ensure what is being saved is shown on the profile page, change the name of the type of user and ensure they have access to the appropriate pages. etc). 14)Need Entire website - redesigned. If you don't know how to do this, then bidding for options 1-7 is OK as well. I have screen shots for these changes. If you bid and need more information I will send you the screen shots through scriptlance message. If we agree on a price: Set up a schedule - 1)Developer - Do 1/3 of edits (take # of pages in the document and divide by 3) 2)Me- Review 3)Developer - Make changes 4)Me - Review 5)Developer - Make final changes 6)Me - Approve 7)Me - Pay 1/3 of project price Then, Do another 1/3 same process, and then final 1/3 and same process. If we are not understanding each other, then we can cancel the project after the first 1/3 is complete - I can pay you for the 1/3 of the project price and you give me any code you have edited. Of course this is all after we agree on a price My Deadline for all of this is 8/20/08 (but will preferably like the work to be done sooner)
