Three share certificates are issued for Arthur Smith with automatic numbering, so for example:
Share Certificate 001 - 25 'A' shares of £1 each
Share Certificate 002 - 25 'B' shares of £1 each
Share Certificate 003 - 50 'C' shares of £1 each
I have provided three additional fields for
1. New Shares Further Allotment ('A' Shares)
2. New Shares Further Allotment ('B' Shares)
3. New Shares Further Allotment ('C' Shares)
If Arthur Smith would like to have a further 100 'A' shares issued (or allotted) to him then he would type 100 in the first box
If he would also like to have 100 additional 'B' shares he might type in 100 in the second box
In this scenario I wondered if it is possible for the 100 additional 'A' shares to be added to the total in the create_certificate page so that there would still only be three shares in issue and these would be:
Share Certificate 001 - 125 'A' shares of £1 each (25 + 100 new 'A'shares)
Share Certificate 002 - 125 'B' shares of £1 each (25 + 100 new 'B' shares
Share Certificate 003 - 50 'C' shares of £1 each (no further shares allotted so original amount is shown
2nd Part
I need for shareholder information to be passed from the 'create_certificate' page to the page generated using FPDF at pdf/certificates
For PDF minutes generated by the 'review' page where additional allotment is required please see:
For PDF minutes where NO additional allotment is required please see
[login to view URL]
In both cases when 'CREATE PDF' of minutes is clicked there is wording within the text that requires shareholder information to be passed to it. In the case of 'application1' (above) the wording is as follows:
6. It was resolved that the ordinary shares currently in issue be re-designated as follows:
[SPACE FOR WORDING]
7. It was resolved to allot the following additional shares.
[SPACE FOR WORDING]
8. It was resolved......
In 'application5' (where no additional allotment is required it looks like the following:
6. It was resolved that the ordinary shares currently in issue be re-designated as follows:
[SPACE FOR WORDING]
7. It was resolved......
Hope this helps...not the best description of task but I am able to clarify and provide more 'meat on the bones' if anyone is interested
