Auto Hyperlink a http url in Cutenews

Cutenews is a content management system, based on txt instead of mysql. You can download it at [login to view URL] What I'm trying to get is a way of it to create automatically an hyperlink whenever someone posts a http:// or https:// url in any article. Example: If users adds an article with: [login to view URL] in it, it should automatically hyperlink such text to: <a href="[login to view URL] " target="_blank" />[login to view URL] </a> Cutenews use templates with tags in it, which calls the function somewhere, you just need to check the [login to view URL] template and somehow tweak the {full-story} tag so it works the way I want.
