I need a software script to run on a Linux. I want to sign up multiple accounts. The accounts will have a a short code. Each account will need an autoresponder. When their account is called, an autoresponder text message is sent with 5 options ("A", "B", "C", "D","E". If they respond with "A" they get another text. PDF file download needs to be an option. PayPal billing option needed. A complete admin section will be needed.

We run this software now for U.S. clients. Our software is full-featured and can connect in to any U.S. SMS aggregator for full one and two way messaging. We were thinking more along the lines of $1500 but figured we would go at your limit here. We are in Chicago.
