I would like a coder to build an approval rating system for the members on my site that can be tied in with my already existing forum and user database. I would like it to be a rating system that takes into consideration multiple different factors.
My site is an online poker staking site, where members invest in online poker players to play for them and earn them money. Therefore, my site is entirely built on trust and reputation. Therefore I need a complex in depty approval rating system to help determine which players are commendable and which are not.
I would like the approval rating system to take into account the following things:
1. Post count of member
2. How many times the member has staked another player (# of times, as well as for how much money)
3. How many times a player has cashed for a stake, as well as for how much money)
4. How many times and for how much money a member has contributed their own money to the site.
Each of these traits should hold a different weight. For example, I understand that a poster can post a million times and still be a unreputable member, therefore post count should hold the least amount of weight.
I am reachable on AIM screen name: RavenSquak ... If you have any further questions.
Most importantly, this system needs to be automated some how. I would like it if the approval rating system could work automatically and some how pick up the things such as post count, and amount of money staked and contributed to the site etc and then calculates it into a overall approval rating system.
I hope someone can help me out. I currently use a phpbb forum and joomla for content management system. If any of this needs to be changed in order to complete the project I'd probably be willing to change.
