Create 1-page .html file with very good SEO

I would like someone to create a 1-page .html file on mesothelioma. I dont care if you copy content, but it has to be very informative, and it shouldnt be caught by googles duplicate content filter. When you search "poker" on google the 4th link that comes up is this one- [login to view URL] which is very informative and has lots of good links. I would like someone to create a single page like that, except about mesothelioma (its a type of cancer).
