I need a Wordpress site in 3 different languages. I have a template and content. Your job only would be to install the site on the server and make it work in 3 languages? Maybe multisite is the option here? I'm not sure. I'll provide the text and you would need it to make it work in 3 different languges. There should be flags in right top corner and when you click on them site changes the display language.
