We need someone to create a 26 page website for us based on an existing logo and PSD design of the home page. We need this project done urgently. Basic frameworks such as cakephp are ok. The code must be very clear and commented for other developers to understand in the future. CSS should be used to create the design. NO WORDPRESS PLEASE. Preference will be given to freelancers who can start today or tomorrow and complete the project this week. Please say in your bid that you can do the project immediately.

I can create a php based web site based on an existing design and logo. I will use Zend Framework 2. I will use CSS (perhaps bootstrap CSS) for the design. I will not use a CMS (like Wordpress). I can start immediatley and finish it till the end of the week.

Can you please show me the PSD designs so I can take a look and so that we can discuss it? Other thing, you don't want to use Wordpress or you don't want to use any kind of CMS ?
