client login system & management application

Hi , As i run a webdesign company I would like to offer my clients the option to login to a secured area of my website and check the progress of the project. So I need a management area where I can : create an login & password ( automatically , upon creating such an account the system will automatically send a login & password to the client. Update the client project status A link to the directory where the project can be viewed. The option to send messages to the programmer who is working on the project I should be able to create invoices ( including my logo and other pre-defined details ). I should be able to set a certain time frame to automatically send an invoice. This invoice should be generated in .pdf format. I should be able to set a timeframe after which the client will receive automatically a reminder if the invoice has not been paid yet. Once a project is finished i should be able to allow the client to download the files or application. A newsletter application with a template system so I can easily edit the newsletter, possibly with a wysiwyg-editor. I know I can buy such a management system but I think my requirements will be higher than what such a existing application can offer me. Happy bidding, Regards.
