Web Projects x 2

I use Macromedia MX. Dreamweaver in particular for all my web authoring projects. I have 2 sites I want to get started on. I don't need fully developed ones, I just need help with the coding parts. I want to do the design part of it and the basic setup on both sites. I need help with the "interactive" pieces, like online ordering (shopping cart) and file uploading and stuff like that. These projects will be done in phases. First I'd like to get the homepage designed on each and get the basics done and do both projects in phases. **Project One **I need the site to be MAC and PC friendly. It needs to be "flashy" - meaning I need a lot of neat and cool graphics / animation, etc. Shopping cart Password protected areas for customers where each customer would have their own area to upload files, but nobody else would be able to view them. So I would have company A, company B and company C all uploading files. Each company would have their own password protected area, but when all the files were uploaded, the website owner could go to ONE location and get ALL the A, B and C files. Does that make sense? ** Project Two **I have a web template that I purchased. It has a shopping cart all set up but would like help with the shopping cart and connecting it with a customer database, preferably Microsoft Access. This project will come after project one is complete. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Macromedia MX (2004), Access 2003
