VIDEO SITE SIMLIAR TO YOU TUBE

**GOAL:** I would like a site that is 100% automated and works simliar to You Tube" I do not want to violate copyrights, must be your own work and site must look different. People should be able to upload their videos, and people that search can view and sort videos. **Techinical:** Must be able to accomadate all video types for the internet. I want the site that you are creating to function just like the one you are seeing on You Tube. **Links:** "New Videos" "Top Rated" "Most Veiwed" "Upload" **Added Video Pages:** These pages will automaically be numbered when a video is posted and will go into a folder on my [login to view URL]://[login to view URL] **Actual Videos:** Can be loaded onto a video folder on server by customer through GUI. **Search Option:** Can search by any keyword typed in the video **Search Sort Option:** "Most Views" "By Ratings" "By Duration" "Submission time" and "Video Title". **Upload page:Must be simliar YouTube:**Videoname, keywords,ad discriptions, etc. ect. **Upload in progress**:Must showing an upload in porgress so customer knows upload is in process and then shows completed. **Rating video:** 1. Excellent 2. Good 3. Bad 4. Terrible Admin: I will need an admin to see the following 1. New Videos posted 2. Add/delete video option 3. and any recommend activity details that you can provide me. Video panel must be sophisticated and include all features to manage all videos. **LOGO:** The Logo for the Video site will be provided once bid has been made. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform video site
