Need a PHP and/or Flash programmer. Details and spec attached.

Hi, I am building a website with online drawing functionality, in which any image is editable, and each edit spawns a new image, belonging to the person who edited it. In addition, image files will be able to be uploaded to the website. This is for phase 1 of a project, so I may want to have you do further programming in the future: you have the opportunity of landing a very large client. I am looking for an experienced PHP and/or MySQL programmer. The final submitted applications will be well-documented and well-commented. The applications should also be scalable. Please remember to protect thoroughly against SQL injections and other attacks. I expect a high quality product. I have included a fair amount of documentation. Please be sure to *first* read the Flash Tool Mockup, regardless of whether you are interested in developing just Flash, just PHP+MySQL, or both. A Flash programmer need only complete the Flash component of the project, which is detailed in ToolMockup, but reading through the entire project description will provide a more thorough perspective of the project and may well aid in the development of the Flash application. Please let me know whether you intend to complete the Flash product, the PHP+MySQL product, or both. Please include your quote as well as the minimum time in which the project can be completed. Any suggestions I provide of how to lay out the SQL database are only suggestions in order to better explain the functionality of the project. Feel free to deviate from them if you deem appropriate. Whenever possible, please use AJAX/other javascript tricks to avoid refreshing the page. It may be possible to do a lot of code reuse for this site: that's fine and expected, but make sure it is well-documented, commented, clean, secure…it should be, like the rest of the site, high quality!
