Flash site needs cms added to one page

The attached image shows where and what I need for text and image fields. Please compare it to the actual site which you can get the url from the image. The current sign up form that is there now needs to be moved to a new page (you must create the new page). This is to make room for these new additions. The video area you see in the image is so I can put video html code from [login to view URL] into place and they will show up there, using the cms. I'll need to have a ticker below it and a text field above it. Your cms needs to integrate with the current back end that exists now for the sign up form. I don't care if your code doesn't share the same pages or code that's there now, as long as one authentication is needed is my requirement. You will need at least Flash 8 to do this and I require all source files afterwards. The programmer I select will have a demo to show me that they have the experience to do this project.
