Complete website for coloring drawings - PHP/MySQL/HTML/AS3

Hello. I'm a web developer, but I have no time to do all my projects, by myself. So I'm outsourcing some projects. I need some experienced developer to make me a website for coloring drawings for kids. Some caracteristics needed: * Tableless (all css). * Clean HTML and css * Clean PHP code (preferencialment without OO, but no problem if so.) * Clean Javascript code if used * Clean AS3 code if used. The website, must be PHP and MySQL database for storing the data (to store categories and the draft data). The drawing app, can be done using Action Script 3 OR Javascript (like these websites: [login to view URL] OR [login to view URL] ) * The supported image files, must be transparent PNG. *The website must have an control area, where I'll be able to create/delete categories and drawings. * Add new categories and drawings. * A thumbnail 100x75 must be generated after the upload of an drawing. The page design can be copied from another website that I created ( I'll inform it to the winner by pm). It is simple. I attached I file that shows how it should look on the home page.
