Series of signup pages #2

Hello coders, This is Phase I of a multi-phase project. You must be able to begin work on this project right away. You must be able to complete this project within 14 calendar days, from the date of acceptance. ? If you have problems during the project which cause delays, I can agree to extend the deadline for another 7 days, on a case by case basis. You must be proactive and 100% honest in your communications. If you cannot meet these three basic requirements, don't bid on this bid.? I am selling a service on the internet, and when the customer pays for the page, he is returned to a "Welcome Aboard" page that is the first in a series of pages that leads the customer through a signup/registration process. I want this registration process to be like a wizard, where the customer is directed from one page to the next until finally all of the information is entered, and the customer has a chance to review and finalize it. These forms will all exist within the framework of a template page, that looks like a portal page.? The header, and left and right link columns are database driven... you will be developing the content portion of each page. After purchase, the customer will, in this order: 1) Land on the welcome aboard page 2) Create a username and a password 3) Enter client contact information 4) Enter company contact information 5) Enter (3rd party) information 6) Obtain newsletter permission 7) Review and optionally edit forms 3 - 6 If the customer leaves the website in the middle of the process, I want the customer to be directed to where he left off, so that he can finish the signup process. In addition, I'll need: 8) A Resume Setup page 9) A login page 10) A logout page, that will be accessed from a link in the template So that is a total of 10 pages, and I have a PDF attached that shows a mockup of each page, with specific requirements for each page.
