Betfair betting tool

I require an automated betting tool compatible with Betfair betting exchange using the full Betfair Personal API Transactional Version and able to submit it using Betfair’s Security Certification Form. It must be able to login to Betfair and show and recognise the account balance of the user and cease trading if the end user has selected a “minimum balance figure?? and that figure is reached within their account balance. There should be a start button to start the process (after the criteria has been set and races selected and the program should be able to run automatically with no further user action required once the race selections and criteria have been set and the “start?? engine set. It must be obvious to the end user that the software is “live?? when the “start?? engine is working. The application must be able to allow the end user to select one or more horse races (or all UK win markets) and operate to set criteria chronologically from one race to the next operating within set time limits (seconds/minutes before/after the market goes live “in running??). The application should monitor the Betfair market relevant to the current trading requirements and not simply monitor all markets as this may compromise system resources of the operating system. It must be able to visually represent the Betfair trading platform and allow for navigation around various markets to allow for specific selection of one or more markets by the end user.
