Complete Website

We are looking for the production of a complete website that has the following capabilities: Database: (must complete the following functions) •Client must be able to create an Account with Username and Password facilities via a submission form. •The database sends out specific information contained in the form to a database of service providers via email. Only sending it to providers that meet the specific needs within the form. •The database must be able automate processes based on field categories. •Service providers must be able to respond to the email via a form that can posted to a secure page that can only be accessed by the client. (Multiple responses must be compiled onto this clients secure page) •The client must have access to this secure page via their account details. •Must have payment facilities built in and automatic invoicing, e.g client to be directed to a payment website and once payment is received re-directed back to a secure page on our site(similar to [login to view URL] payments). Website Design: •Using the supplied graphics we require you to create an attractive, professional website, with a user-friendly interface. (Detailed description will be supplied to winning bidder) Note to All bidders: Must be able to communicate in English (both Written and Oral). Must have previous work that can be provided. Prepared to pay as project progresses, not upfront or 50/50.
